Our Training and Development approach totally pre-dates the
current fad of emotional intelligence by at least a decade. It recognises that
human capital is the most valuable asset of any company. Learning to leverage
that human capital, and liberate it, is the most effective way to success in

Recent research has shown that up to a staggering 80% of any
organisations success can be directly linked to the employee’s attributes of
personal motivation, attitudes, beliefs, expectations, self – confidence and
self-concept.
It has been proven that someone with a high self-concept but
limited resources can and will perform at the highest-level time after time –
the same cannot be said of someone with advanced skills and low self-esteem.
Our training academy have put together a totally unique and
original package of low tech and high impact training courses incorporating
education and entertainment. These courses are performance targeted and light
years away from the standard ‘chalk and talk’ style still so beloved by
traditional trainers in the market today.
If you have been taught through the usual tired old patterns of
explanation, demonstration and drill, then the most important and useful part
of your ability to learn has been left out. The road to learning is through the
unconscious and unconscious installation. Otherwise you will just simply
understand.
